USFA World Series

Champions!!

Panama City Beach, Florida

Wow.... What a great time and experience we had this year at the World Series! We knew going into this trip we were going to have a great time because we have such a fun group of girls who play and work hard together. We had hopes of doing well, but just like in any tournament, you have to play your best. Our girls were up for the job, and got the job done! We played some very good teams along the way, and ended with the Hurricanes from North Carolina. We showed our determination by beating them in the first championship game, and then in the IF game. What a great way to end a great season! We faced some very tough teams in Oklahoma, in the World Series, and also in local tournaments. The Bandits only lost 3 12u games in the entire 2009 summer season! We are very proud of our girls and look forward to moving up to 14's this fall.

Oklahoma City, OK

We are so proud of the hard work and determination from our girls in this touranment. After losing our first game and being put in the losers bracket, our girls had the task of having to win 5 games, 4 back to back, on Saturday in order to advance to Sunday. Our girls were at the field at 7:30am ready for the challenge. After a very hard day, playing the best teams from Texas, Florida, Arizona, and Georgia until 11:30 that night, they accomplished their goal and won all 5 games. That put us in the top 4 of the tournament. After beating the Georgia Impact Sunday morning, the girls just gave out. They had given all they had. We lost to the Texas Bandits. It was exciting to play in the stadium where they play the college world series! We are very proud of our 3rd place finish and have learned a valuable lesson... the road can be alot easier when you don't lose your first game!!

We are very proud of the many accomplishments that we have had last summer and fall. We have exciting plans to go to Oklahoma City for the Hall of Fame tournament, several competitive tournaments, and then on to the beach for a fun USFA World Series.  We have a special group of girls and we hope to continue our success!

Travel  Softball   is   a   huge   commit-
ment from the players and parents. The amount of time that we spend at practice and out of town at tournaments is exhausting and expensive. We could not do it without our sponsors. They help us financially so that we can focus on giving our players the experience of a lifetime.

Please support our sponsors because they were kind enough to support us.
